Twin Cities Community Hospital
At Twin Cities Birth & Baby Center, we want you and your family to feel safe, comfortable and well cared for. All obstetrical care is provided exclusively on the third floor of our secure hospital tower.
Private Birthing Suites
Our team works hard to provide you with an experience that is intimate and family-centered. We offer three spacious and well-appointed private birthing suites and ten equally inviting private recovery suites. Each room has its own bathroom, shower, flat
screen television and access to complimentary wi-fi. Fathers, mothers or other support persons are invited to participate in all aspects of birth and stay overnight. A large chair that converts to a comfortable single bed is standard in each room.
Flexible visiting hours are offered for your extended family and loved ones with your consent.
Deluxe Hydrotherapy Labor Tub
Hydrotherapy is a wonderful means of relaxation during labor. Music and aromatherapy also add a calming touch to our labor tub room. Our deluxe labor tub allows you to take advantage of the soothing properties of warm water to help ease labor pain.
Soaking in a warm tub during labor can help relieve contractions and back pain by using the buoyancy of water to lift the weight of the baby off of the mother’s back. The water’s buoyancy allows you to easily change positions more easily,
decrease muscular tension and reduce gravitational pull.
Unlike inflatable tubs that are often used at other facilities, our permanent tub is ergonomically designed to support your back and allow access for your doctor. The depth of the tub provides
total immersion along with hand and foot grips for bracing and support. There are three removable doors for easy entry and exit, along with seating for you and your partner or coach.
Outdoor Terrace Zen Garden
An outdoor Zen garden, located on the Birth & Baby Center’s third floor terrace, is a calming respite for those in need of fresh air. This tranquil setting overlooks Templeton’s rolling hills and vineyards and provides a peaceful environment
featuring native plants and a water feature.
Celebratory Meal for Two
After the birth of your baby, you and your partner will be congratulated with a gourmet meal prepared by our award-winning executive chef. A catering associate will discuss your meal preferences with you and arrange for service.
Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center
At Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center, our OB specialists, on-site OB Hospitalists, and labor and delivery staff are ready to serve you with warmth and understanding, as well as expertise, technical skill and clinical judgment that are vital to a positive delivery experience. If you should need it, we host the only Level III NICU in San Luis Obispo County - for neonatal intensive care of prematurely born babies and critically-ill newborns.
