42 hospitals make Leapfrog's 'straight-A' list for safety

Since spring 2012, the Leapfrog Group has assigned letter grades to hospitals twice a year based on their patient safety performance. Forty-two hospitals have earned an A in every update, including the fall 2018 update released Nov. 8. That includes both Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center and Twin Cities Community Hospital.
