Diane McCluskey has joined the leadership team at Twin Cities Community Hospital as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective October 31.
“Diane is an accomplished human resources leader with over 30 years of experience in leading and directing hospital HR functions,” said Mark Lisa, Twin Cities’ CEO. “She brings a wealth of energy and perspective to the position, as well as a determination to improve HR practices and service to our employees. She is an excellent addition to our leadership team.”

McCluskey comes to Twin Cities from Tenet Healthcare’s Placentia-Linda Hospital in Placentia, Calif., where she served as CHRO since 2012. She began her career with Tenet in 1985, starting at Placentia-Linda in 2001 as manager of human resources. She was promoted to director of human resources in 2002 before being named CHRO.
Prior to Placentia-Linda, she served as manager of human resources at Queen of Angels/Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Hollywood, Calif. Before that, she held business office and payroll positions at Irvine Medical Center and Placentia-Linda.
