Our birthing experience at Twin Cities was absolutely amazing! We were admitted through the ER and immediately were met by an OB nurse who came to get us and take us up to the OB floor and right into a delivery room where they made us feel comfortable and got us settled right in.

Each and every OB nurse, tech, and lactation consultant were exceptional people. They were professional, knowledgeable, and it was obvious they love their jobs and the people they work with. They made us feel like we were the only patients on the floor and were attentive and very kind. From top to bottom, the staff genuinely cared about our family and our new baby and supported us through everything. The staff works together seamlessly and we felt very confident we were in the best care!

The nutrition staff was really great. They even made my husband and me a "Celebration Meal" for dinner after our baby was born (we chose the burgers and they were delicious)! I didn't feel very good the next few days after delivery and the nutrition staff offered me a number of lighter choices; they sincerely wanted me to make sure I had something great to eat.

Overall, the hospital, OB floor, and our delivery and recovery rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy.

The resources this hospital provides, both during your stay and outpatient are endless; we continue to feel so supported and we've been home for two weeks!

Our stay lasted four days and it was 100% a wonderful and positive experience. What a wonderful place to have your baby!
