Diane McCluskey is an accomplished human resources leader with more than 30 years experience in leading hospital HR functions. Diane joined the leadership team at Twin Cities Community Hospital as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in 2016. She comes to Twin Cities from Tenet Healthcare’s Placentia-Linda Hospital in Placentia, Calif., where she served as CHRO since 2012. She began her career with Tenet in 1985, starting at Placentia-Linda in 2001 as manager of human resources. She was promoted to director of human resources in 2002 before being named CHRO. Prior to Placentia-Linda, she served as manager of human resources at Queen of Angels/Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center in Hollywood, Calif. Before that, she held business office and payroll positions at Irvine Medical Center and Placentia-Linda.
